At Gemzis we offer a reasonable price for shipping to benefit the customer, upon choosing this delivery option you are agreeing to the following terms & conditions. We offer the option of tracked delivery for UK customers at an additional fee & tracked for our international customers, also at an additional fee so the customers have the option.

Please take a few minutes to read the following;

After packages are shipped it is handled by Royal Mail, it is no longer our responsibility. Therefore I will not refund nor take any responsibility for items that are missing or delayed when sent to an address where there are multiple occupancies that could be accountable for accepting the package, examples include; apartment blocks, university accommodation and work addresses. Please double check your address is correct before completing you order as Gemzis will not refund or send a replacement due to an incorrect address by no fault of our own. 

NON- DELIVERY CLAIMS

You have 45 days to let us know that your order has not arrived, please email customerservice@gemzis.com with your order number and delivery address so we can help you resolve the issue.
