Please allow a minimum of 3 working days for your order to be prepared and shipped, you will receive a dispatch email when your order has been dispatched.

International Tracked Shipping FREE on orders over £60

UNITED KINGDOM:

UK Standard Untracked shipping is £1.99 Royal Mail 2nd Class - aim to deliver in 2 working day.

UK tracked express shipping is £5.99. Royal Mail TRACKED24 - aim to deliver in 1 working day.
Tracked express shipping orders are prioritised over standard shipping orders.

EUROPE:

International untracked shipping is £4.99. Royal Mail - aim to deliver in 3-5 working days.

International Tracked & Signed shipping cost £10.99. - aim to deliver in 3-4 working days. You will receive a tracking number & regular updates once your order has been dispatched.

REST OF THE WORLD:

International Standard Untracked shipping is £4.99. Royal Mail - aim to deliver in 6-7 working days.
International Tracked & Signed shipping cost £10.99. - aim to deliver in 5-7 working days. You will receive a tracking number & regular updates once your order has been dispatched.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

There may be duties/custom taxes applied to your order by your local government. We are not responsible for any additional charges applied.

Custom clearance may delay the shipping process, this is totally out of our control so please take this into consideration when ordering with Gemzis. We ask customers to allow up to 28 working days for your order to arrive before emailing asking the location of your parcel as on some occasions orders have taken this long to arrive. 

 Canadian customers please take into consideration that Canadian orders take longer to arrive, this is totally out of our hands and to do with the strict custom clearance. Also tracked service does not update once handed over to Canada Post, it will update again once delivered.
